• Average lead time: just a few days.
• Maximum lead time: 14 days (depends on fabric availability).
• After placing your order, we’ll contact you to confirm details and allow for any small adjustments (like dimensions).

We go beyond the law to give you peace of mind:

• Returns are accepted, even for custom-made products.
• If you’re not 100% happy, simply return the product and we’ll refund your purchase (see Terms & Conditions - Withdrawal Rules for handling and refund details).
