iDESCU Satisfaction Guarantee

Every iDESCU product is made to measure with great care and precision. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Although custom-made items are exempt from standard return rights under EU consumer law, we value our customers and, in good faith, we offer a flexible return policy on first orders.

Custom-Made Orders

Each curtain or roman blind is produced individually according to your specifications — fabric, dimensions, and finish — and therefore cannot be resold. For this reason, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty or made incorrectly by us.

Goodwill Returns

In the spirit of good cooperation and customer satisfaction, iDESCU may accept a return of a first order under the following conditions:

• The product was made to order, but the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• A 10% handling fee will apply, which covers administrative and processing costs.
• The product must be returned in unused, undamaged condition and securely packed.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team first. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair and transparent resolution.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your product has a defect or was made incorrectly, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos and a description of the issue to assess the problem. Once confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All returns will be picked up by DPD and handled by us.

Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm the return and organise a DPD pickup from your provided address.
