The height of curtain for this pleat style shall be measured from the clip/hook to the floor (or windowsill). Then subtract 1 to 3 cm from the measured height, depending on how high you want the drape to hang above the floor. Enter the resulting value into the height field.

Description:

The tape arranges the fabric in folds in a ratio of 1:2 (2 running metres of fabric are needed for 1 metre of finished, creased drape). Tape height: 5 cm. For this tape it is possible to fit hooks (clip pins) in two different places, in this way it is possible to adjust the height by approx. 1 cm.

With this pleating tape, it is possible to attach hooks (clips, sliders) at two different points so that the height can be adjusted by approx. 1 cm. The frill above the tape is 4/5 cm high.

How to measure the height for this pleat:

Measure the height from the top of the curtain rod to the floor (or windowsill). In the case of braces, this height should be entered in the measurement field, so that the drape hangs approx. 2 cm above the floor.

The pleated tape commonly referred to as "braces". At the top the tape organises the fabric into even pleats, which are usually aligned in this way all the way to the bottom. The tape arranges the pleats in a ratio of 1:2 (2 linear metres of fabric are required for 1 metre of finished pleated drape). Height of the tape: 10 cm.

How to measure the height for this pleat:

The width of the track gap should be between 6.0 and 6.5 mm. This can easily be checked using coins. Three 10-cent coins should fit into the track slot (as shown in the photo gallery at the top). The band gathers the fabric into folds at a ratio of 1:2.3 (2.3 running metres of fabric are needed for 1 metre of finished, wrinkled drape). Hooks are clipped into the band, which can be clipped in two positions, allowing height adjustment of approx. 1 cm. Bottom finishing - hemming and additionally weights inserted into the hem in the corners of the drape. Included with the drape is an appropriate number of round-headed sliders, (connected by a cord), to be inserted into the track.
